Welcome to Zoom Video Production. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully, as they outline our responsibilities and your obligations.
1. Booking and Payments
* A booking is only confirmed once a deposit has been paid.
* Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable to another date (subject to availability).
* The balance payment is due no later than 7 days before the wedding/event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Cancellation and Postponement
* Cancellations must be made in writing.
* Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel within 30 days of your wedding/event, the full balance may still be payable.
* Postponements due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, government restrictions, travel bans) will be handled in good faith, and we will try our best to accommodate a new date.
3. Services Provided
* Our services include wedding photography, videography, live streaming, wedding albums, photo editing, and video editing, as agreed upon in your package.
* We will cover your wedding day as discussed during consultation, including key moments such as the ceremony, reception, couple portraits, and candid guest interactions.
* Live streaming services are provided via YouTube with a private or unlisted link. While we take every care to ensure smooth streaming, we cannot be held responsible for internet outages, platform downtime, or third-party issues.
4. Deliverables and Delivery Timeline
* For photography, clients will receive approximately 600–800 professionally edited photos from a full-day wedding. Delivery is made via USB and/or online gallery (Google Drive) within 6–10 weeks.
* For videography, clients will receive a 5–6 minute highlight video plus a 1–3 hour full-length film, depending on package and coverage. Delivery is within 8–12 weeks.
* For albums, clients can select up to 200 images. Album design and delivery typically take 8–12 weeks after photo selection.
* All delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on workload and season.
5. Client Responsibilities
* Clients must ensure we are given reasonable access to venues and informed of any restrictions (e.g., church, registry office, cultural rituals).
* Clients are responsible for obtaining permission for photography and videography at venues if required.
* Clients should advise us of any specific shots, rituals, or people they wish to prioritize before the event.
6. Artistic Style and Editing
* By booking us, you acknowledge that Zoom Video Production has its own creative style.
* Editing, retouching, and color grading are performed at our discretion to maintain a consistent standard.
* Requests for additional edits, re-edits, or song changes after delivery may incur extra charges.
7. Copyright and Usage
*Zoom Video Production retains the copyright to all photos and videos captured.
* Clients are granted a personal, non-commercial license to use and share their wedding photos and videos.
* We reserve the right to use selected images or clips for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Liability
* While every effort is made to deliver the highest quality, Zoom Video Production cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control, including: equipment failure, extreme weather, venue restrictions, accidents, or unforeseen events.
* In the unlikely event we are unable to attend due to illness or emergency, we will arrange a suitable replacement photographer/videographer or issue a full refund (excluding services already delivered).
9. Travel and Accommodation
* Travel costs may apply for weddings outside Melbourne metro areas.
* For interstate or destination weddings, clients are responsible for covering travel, accommodation, and related expenses.
10. Agreement
By booking our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
